Sometimes it takes a little more imagination. The example of this one-bedroom flat in an unrenovated form and with a virtual renovation proposal shows what can be achieved with a 3D renovation. A customised solution was developed on the basis of various concept proposals. A wide range of possibilities were utilised and a new, modern appearance of a renovated flat was created. The special thing about this is the use of 3D standard sizes. This means that the electrical appliances used virtually, such as the microwave, oven, washing machine and fridge, match the real dimensions and can be installed according to the virtual home staging. In addition, a pull-out bed was integrated at the customer's request so that this element can be used to emphasise the spaciousness of the room.
