Arrive. Switch off. Experience Binz. In the middle of the beautiful island of Rügen lies the impressive Baltic seaside resort of Binz and the Dünenhaus with its eight lovingly designed vacation apartments. In line with their motto “Being at home on the road” and the goal of creating an all-round perfect vacation for guests, the task was to make the Dünenhaus a digital experience even before arrival.

Vizzard Studios created a 3D tour, a floor plan and high-quality photos for each of the eight apartments, which are embedded on the Dünenhaus website. This allows guests to get a detailed picture of the furnishings and special features of the apartments in advance of their vacation and makes it easier to plan their accommodation. In addition to the technical details, the high-quality and realistic images can be used to make an emotional appeal to guests. This allows guests to plan their vacation in the best possible way. The special feature: Each apartment has a distinctive sea view, which has been impressively captured in every tour thanks to the high-quality technology used by Vizzard. The advantage: pure photographs of accommodation often reflect a false image, which then leads to disappointment among guests in reality. Thanks to the virtual tour, false expectations are countered.
